RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products can be exchanged from any of our stores within the 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused and unopened with the price label attached. We don’t offer cash returns however you may also return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full amount credit voucher. Vouchers can be used to shop your favorite bedding products from our website, and have a validity of 2 months from the date of issuance.

Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
